Whether you're navigating the weight of anxiety, the pain of past trauma, the loneliness of depression, or the ache of deep attachment wounds, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome — even the ones you may have hidden or silenced for years.

My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity, drawing from modalities like Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR to support your healing. I meet you exactly where you are, honoring your pace and your unique story. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that no longer serve you, and create room for deeper connection, safety, and self-trust. You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re already on your way.

I provide virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Washington and Nevada, offering a supportive and grounded place to begin—or continue—your healing work from the comfort of your own home. As an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself. All identities, bodies, relationships, and lived experiences are welcome here.
