Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach that views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own protective role. EMDR is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as intense or intrusive.
